【Product Details】 Conventional air spray guns have a low coating efficiency of 20-30% due to paint being atomized and bouncing back from compressed air. However, reducing the air pressure can result in a rough paint finish and deteriorate the appearance. As a result, airless spray guns that do not use air have also been released, but due to their structure of pressurizing and atomizing the paint, they tend to produce thick and coarse coatings. Therefore, their applications are limited to uses such as rust prevention for construction materials where aesthetics are not a priority. To address this, the French paint equipment manufacturer "Sames" has developed a unique technology called "Air Mix," which leverages the advantages of spray methods based on airless spraying.
