We would like to introduce a case where we received an inquiry from a customer in the industrial machinery and conveyor equipment manufacturing industry regarding the procurement of stainless steel bearing housings. The customer had been sourcing bearing cases from domestic suppliers for many years, but due to rising costs, they were exploring the possibility of switching to overseas procurement. However, since these are critical safety components, there were concerns about whether overseas-made lost-wax products could meet the specifications with stable quality. When we directly addressed these concerns with the factory manager at our overseas partner factory, we received high-precision prototypes and data sheets from a three-dimensional measuring machine, which alleviated our worries. After transitioning to mass production, we successfully reduced costs while maintaining the same quality as domestic products.
