[Case Study] Ask Corporation | Mixing and Temperature Control Unit

Expand the preparation volume from 18L to 60L. Integrate stirring, pump transfer, and chiller temperature control.

At Ask Corporation, the preparation of sweet sake and other products is done using an 18L pot, which presents challenges such as limitations on the amount that can be prepared, the physical burden of lifting containers, and hygiene concerns related to stirring in an open state. In this case, we introduced a unit that integrates a 60L tank, a stirrer, a pump, and a control panel on a cart, also accommodating temperature management through a chiller connection. This example demonstrates the expansion of preparation capacity, reduction of the burden of transfer work, and stabilization of temperature control and mixing.
