"Hole AOI/Express" is a hole position inspection device for printed circuit boards that utilizes the Exelon format to measure the position, diameter, and roughness of holes drilled at high speed. The high-performance image acquisition system is certified with a traceable 2D target based on NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA).
