Oji Holdings Corporation (President: Hiroyuki Isono, Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) announces that its subsidiary Oji Imaging Media Co., Ltd. (President: Kohei Michikawa, Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo), a major company in the Functional Materials Company, has acquired all shares of Adampak Pte. Ltd. (Headquarters: Singapore), the parent company of the Adampak Group, a high-performance label printing and processing company with business operations in six countries in Southeast Asia and China, effective September 1.
