Non-woven fabric high absorbency fiber (SAF) blended high absorbent sheet

Even when absorbed and swollen, it is difficult for the shape to collapse. The TDS method, which does not use water, allows SAF to be made into sheets!

This is a highly absorbent sheet with excellent water absorption performance. It has moisture absorption and desorption capabilities. Since it contains high absorbent fibers (SAF), there is no shedding of powders or similar materials. It is also possible to laminate other materials on both sides. Mixing powders or similar substances into the middle layer is also possible.

SAF blended high absorbency sheet. This shows the state when saline solution was injected into a sheet blended with 50% SAF, absorbing 40 times its own weight.
High Absorbent Soft Sheet By incorporating high water-absorbent fibers (SAF), the water absorption significantly improves. Additionally, the amount of water absorption can be adjusted based on the SAF content.
High absorbency soft sheet Water absorption test: After soaking a sample sized 100mm square in 0.9% saline solution or distilled water for 10 minutes, the weight of water absorbed when drained for 1 minute is measured and converted to a per unit area basis (Oji method).
