This is a rubber composite masterbatch that combines unique phosphoric esterified CNF and natural rubber. Even with a small amount of addition, it improves elasticity and provides excellent strength and elongation, making it an environmentally friendly material expected to reduce the amount of carbon black derived from petroleum. <Features> Biomass Material... By replacing carbon black, the ratio of natural materials increases. Functional Improvement... Hardness and elongation comparable to or exceeding that of carbon black. Energy Saving and Durability... Increased strength and other effects are expected to enhance durability. Design Flexibility... The milky white masterbatch allows for colorful variations to be considered. Customization... We can accommodate requests for synthetic rubber such as NBR and HNBR, as well as optimization of fiber shapes. * "Cellulose Nanofiber" refers to fibers that have been finely disassembled to the nano level (one millionth of a millimeter) from cellulose, the main component of wood. It is said to be a "dream new material" that is one-fifth the weight of steel yet possesses more than five times its strength. Being plant-derived, it is also attracting attention as a sustainable resource.
