It is primarily made from cellulose, and when it is plowed into the soil after harvesting, it decomposes in the soil, eliminating the burden of stripping work and waste disposal costs. Furthermore, while crops are growing, it can suppress the rise in soil temperature compared to polyethylene mulch sheets (according to our research). This has the effect of reducing root rot in crops caused by heat, making it particularly suitable for crops grown in the summer.
