[Example] Press-fitting parts synchronized with a 3000rpm spindle.
This is an example of controlling a high-speed press-fitting and assembly machine with a spindle speed of 3000 rpm. It can continuously and rapidly press-fit components into the workpiece. The press-fit pitch is approximately 0.5 to 2 mm. It continuously press-fits dozens of components into the workpiece. Fine Motion is equipped with measurement and analysis means to verify synchronization accuracy in micrometer units. Optimal adjustment of phase control is also easy.
