We press the pipe against a bending mold to create the desired bending shape through plastic deformation. The pusher axis and bending axis are linked to achieve precise bending. Additionally, by adding a rotating axis, continuous three-dimensional bending processing is possible. We have created a database of optimal bending conditions that take into account factors such as springback. Furthermore, adjustments can be made on-site to modify that database.
