I would like to introduce a case study on the research and in-house production of a nozzle-winding type winding machine. In-house production was necessary to reduce costs and establish a dedicated winding method, so the machine was manufactured in-house, but it was difficult to produce the controller internally, necessitating a purchase. Using a fine motion controller and dedicated EXCEL software, we were able to accurately execute a series of nozzle winding operations, easily define complex continuous movements in EXCEL, and achieve benefits such as smooth and precise continuous linear interpolation.
