We will introduce a case of in-house production of axis-rotating and flyer-type winding machines. Previously, we purchased commercially available winding machines, but we implemented in-house production for cost reduction and the accumulation of internal know-how. However, while we were able to manufacture the machines in-house, we still needed to purchase the controllers. After our company's response, we were able to execute aligned winding with a single winding command, simplifying the programming of the winding process. This allowed for easy adjustments of acceleration, deceleration, and pitch according to the bobbin and wire material, resulting in several advantages.
