The KSG series "Kenos Sack Gripper" is suitable for handling large bags. It can accommodate various shapes, weights, and materials of bags. This specialized system, tailored for diverse bag handling applications, has been developed based on years of expertise cultivated in the field of vacuum technology. By incorporating the COAX cartridge, which is Piab's original vacuum generator, the KSG series achieves high flexibility and reliability. Additionally, it is also possible to use an external electric pump as a vacuum source.

The vacuum generator ensures excellent performance regardless of supply pressure by incorporating the high-performance COAX cartridge from piab. The COAX cartridge is also easy to maintain, and additional COAX cartridges can be installed after setup. Furthermore, it is possible to externally attach an electric pump as a vacuum source. The foam part, made using a special manufacturing method, can be selected from FDA-approved materials, and depending on the requirements of the workpieces and applications, the spacing, thickness, and pads can be chosen from an optimal lineup.

It enables the transportation of workpieces with gaps and the bulk transport of multiple workpieces, realizing a flexible transportation system.
