The energy-saving technology proven on the piCLASSIC Neo platform can now be flexibly implemented as standalone units, making it easy to integrate into various vacuum systems. Both products adopt a fully air-operated, self-regulating design, eliminating the need for external control or programming, while significantly reducing compressed air consumption and achieving high-efficiency vacuum performance. ■ piSAVE ESS Standalone An energy-saving solution optimized for highly sealed workpieces. It automatically controls the supply of compressed air to maintain the set vacuum level, resuming air supply only when necessary, thereby minimizing energy consumption. ■ piSAVE ESL Standalone An energy-saving vacuum control unit developed for workpieces that are prone to leaks. It automatically adjusts the supply pressure according to the amount of leakage, achieving stable vacuum performance and low air consumption.
