Pressure Relief | KUB V-Type Rupture Disk
High airtightness and a design that is difficult to leak! A suitable inverted rupture disk for isolating safety valves.
The "KUB V-type" protects safety valves from corrosive or sticky process media by installing a rupture disk before the inlet of the safety valve. It has been certified for durability against back pressure of up to 135% of the specified burst pressure (*), and it allows for safety valve testing on-site without the need for removal for maintenance. During normal operation, the safety valve is isolated from the process media, allowing for the use of safety valves made from inexpensive materials. 【Features】 ■ Extended lifespan of safety valves and longer intervals between after-service ■ Reduced maintenance inspection costs for safety valves ■ Use of safety valves made from inexpensive materials is possible ■ High airtightness and a design that minimizes leakage * This varies depending on each application. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
basic information
**Benefits** - By isolating the safety valve from the process, the lifespan of the valve is extended, and maintenance intervals are lengthened. - Reduces maintenance costs for the safety valve and decreases downtime caused by on-site testing. - Since it does not come into contact with the medium during normal operation, it allows for the use of safety valves made from lower-cost materials. - Prevents emissions due to the absence of leaks. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
