Explosion vent for vacuum or zero to low pressure.
【Application】 The EGV type is suitable for a wide range of applications, including spray dryers, elevators, chain conveyors, light vibration screens, mechanically filled silos, cyclones, and more. It can accommodate both non-pressurized processes and low vacuum or overpressure processes (up to 50% of the static burst pressure) and is usable in various fields. The standard burst pressure is 0.1 bar at 22°C (71.6°F). 【Benefits of Use】 ★ The lightweight burst surface allows for large capacity discharge with full bore opening. ★ It features high stability and a bionic structure that bursts at high speed. ★ Even with cylindrical containers or devices, explosion discharge ports can be directly attached, protecting against powder accumulation and bacterial growth. Complicated flange fittings for installation are not required. ★ Various shapes of the EGV type are available, perfectly adapting to the process. ★ The design of the rupture disk function is less affected by tightening torque, allowing for quick and easy installation without the need for additional mounting frames. ★ The explosion discharge ports with integrated mounting frames and gaskets enable significant space savings. ★ Unique inspections are conducted to guarantee a sealed structure.
