Traditionally, the use of lentiviruses in prominent CAR-T production and the application of electroporation in academia have been common in gene introduction into blood cells. Our series of cationic lipid-based mRNA introduction reagents, which contain IM21.7c as a raw material, have achieved gene introduction into various blood cell types that overturn these conventional norms.
