Bioreactor system "Ambr250"
A new bioreactor system for parallel operation of microbial culture or cell culture!
The "Ambr250" is a new bioreactor system for parallel operations of microbial or cell cultures using single-use bioreactors with a capacity of 100 to 250 mL, controlled by an automated liquid handling platform. This system was developed in collaboration with two major pharmaceutical companies, based on the micro bioreactor technology held by Sartorius Stedim's TAP division. It supports the necessary culture conditions required for microbial cultivation and mammalian cell culture, which demand advanced technology, as well as applications that require larger sample collections. 【Features】 ■ Individual control of all process parameters ■ Improved operating environment ■ Efficient and rapid miniaturization system ■ Equipped for scalability to benchtop bioreactors ■ Capable of screening a wide range of culture conditions and strains or cell lines *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Sending recorded video] Cutting-edge pDNA and AAV therapeutics: Comprehensive upstream process technology covering everything from process development to actual production.
Participation in this webinar has ended. If you wish to view it, please contact us. We will send you the URL for the recorded video at a later date. The development of therapeutics using viral vectors is showing strong activity, with over 30% market growth expected in the next decade. The targets for treatment are diverse, but identifying critical process parameters through process development has become an urgent issue. As the first of two webinars, we will introduce the Ambr series, a representative of process development systems in upstream processes, as well as single-use bag bioreactors up to 2000L for large-scale manufacturing, including examples of associated PAT products. *We sincerely apologize, but participation from email addresses other than those of your company or organization is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.

Sending recorded video: What are the equipment requirements needed for the process enhancement challenge?
Participation in this webinar has ended. If you wish to view it, please contact us, and we will send you the URL for the recorded video at a later date. Since last year, Sartorius has been presenting various proposals and suitable solutions for the challenges of "enhancing processes." In this first webinar of 2022, we will delve deeper than last year's trilogy and discuss several examples regarding cost and equipment considerations. The focus will particularly be on how to manage media that significantly impacts costs and how to design equipment. Please note that this webinar will be presented as the Japanese version of the overseas webinar "Overcoming Facility Constraints Posed by Process Intensification." ▪ Method of holding: Webinar recorded broadcast [Japanese, Free]
