NutriStem hPSC XF Medium
Xeno-free serum-free medium for hES cells and hiPS cells
NutriStem hPSC XF will be registered with the U.S. FDA Drug Master File (DMF)! NutriStem hPSC XF medium is a xeno-free (XF) medium optimized for the culture of human iPS/ES cells. It contains no animal-derived components and is composed entirely of human-derived proteins. NutriStem hPSC XF Medium has the capability to culture human pluripotent cells without the need for high concentrations of bFGF or other stimulatory growth factors or cytokines, enabling long-term culture while maintaining undifferentiated potential under both feeder-free (Matrigel coated) and on-feeder (MEF, HFF) conditions.
basic information
■ Known chemical composition, serum-free, xenofree ■ Complete medium, ready-to-use ■ Excellent proliferation of undifferentiated hES cells and hiPS cells ■ Stable pluripotency and genotype in long-term culture ■ Thoroughly tested, widely cited in literature ■ Flexible compatibility with multiple matrices (e.g., Matrigel, laminin)

Domestic Webinar: "Cultivation Products for Regenerative and Cell Therapy"
Expectations for regenerative medicine using stem cells such as mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) are rising, but for industrialization, there is a need for technology to produce high-quality cells in large quantities and in a stable manner. In this seminar, we will introduce xenofree stem cell culture media that do not contain components derived from animals other than humans, as well as examples of 3D culture using our microcarriers, bioreactors, and experimental design software. We will also present HEK media used for immune cell culture media and lentivirus production as products for cell therapy, such as CAR-T. 【Seminar Overview】 ▪ Date: October 12 (Thursday) from 3:00 PM (approximately 30 minutes) ▪ Format: Webinar recorded broadcast [Japanese, Free] If you are unable to attend on the day, please register first. Later, we will send you a link to download the recorded video and related product materials. *We apologize, but participation from other companies in the same industry, as well as email addresses not associated with your organization, is not permitted. [Sending recorded video] 4Cell Nutri-T Medium - Serum-free medium for the culture of CAR-T cells and TIL.
Participation in this webinar has ended. If you wish to view it, please contact us. We will send you the URL for the recorded video at a later date. Cellular immunotherapy has scientifically proven the efficacy of CAR-T cells in the treatment of blood cancers, and development is progressing globally. This has heightened interest in the scientific and medical communities and serves as a driving force to develop more effective and cost-efficient cellular immunotherapies. Therefore, the development of high-quality auxiliary materials such as culture media for cultivating these immune cells is crucial. To meet such needs, our company has developed the serum-free 4Cell Nutri-T Medium. Method of delivery: Webinar recorded broadcast (with Japanese subtitles, free of charge) *We sincerely apologize, but participation from email addresses other than those of your company or organization is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
