The Resolute Linear chromatography column is designed for large-scale pilot production and mass production applications, offering a full range of common sizes with inner diameters (ID) from 350 mm to 2000 mm. It employs a proven Resolute fluid path, achieving low pressure loss and high-resolution chromatography across a wide range of typical operating flow rates. The typical flow rate is 30 to 800 cm/h. The column is equipped with a patented pack-in-place nozzle that allows simultaneous remote control of a 3-position nozzle at the top and bottom of the column. This technology enables filling and discharge without opening the column. The Resolute Linear Column features Resolute AutoPak software, which allows for fully automated column filling, discharge, and cleaning in place (CIP) with a one-touch operation, eliminating the need for a filling skid. The column valve and piston can also be manually controlled and can be executed in a traditional fixed or variable pack-in-place manner as needed. Various material options and accessories are available to configure the Resolute Linear Column to meet specific requirements. The standard Resolute Linear Column consists of the Resolute AutoPak system, a 20 μm polyethylene sinter, and an acrylic tube, operating at a pressure of 3 barg, with an adjustable filling layer height ranging from 50 to 550 mm.
