Ceramic HyperD F resin is used in numerous approved production processes and many clinical/preclinical trials in columns exceeding 500 liters for therapeutic proteins. Regulatory Support Files (RSF) and column packing support are available. The resin can be used in a 50 μm grade from production preparation to full-scale mass production and is supplied in various packaging containing 1 M NaCl with 20% ethanol or 1.2 mM EDTA.
