Sartobind Rapid A is a membrane chromatography product designed for the latest monoclonal antibody purification processes. It is a scalable solution that does not depend on chromatography devices (systems) for capturing biomolecules with an Fc region. It is ideal for process enhancement in single or multi-column setups. The agarose-based membrane achieves high flow rates while reducing back pressure by combining mass transfer through convection and diffusion, thereby shortening process time without compromising binding capacity. It can reduce setup costs by up to 80% and guarantees membrane lifespan for up to 200 cycles, enabling a high binding capacity of 40 g/L.
