NutriStor Refrigerated Storage Solution
Serum-free, animal-derived component-free, protein-free short-term refrigerated (2-8 °C) cell preservation solution.
The cells stored in this solution demonstrate high recovery rates, normal cell characteristics, and excellent performance due to components that provide pH buffer, osmotic support, energy substrates, and ion concentration. ■ Ready-to-use ■ Known chemical composition, free from animal-derived components, serum-free, and protein-free ■ Provides maximum safety during low-temperature storage (2 - 8°C) ■ Ensures high survival and recovery rates after low-temperature storage ■ Ensures the safety of cells during transport ■ Suppresses necrosis and apoptosis after storage ■ Ideal for a wide range of applications ■ DMF preparation in progress ■ Surpasses competitors in the market
basic information
NutriStor refrigerated storage solution is designed to preserve highly sensitive cells without the need for repeated freeze-thaw cycles or centrifugation. It has been tested with various cell sources, including peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T), and mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC), and is optimized to ensure maximum safety and high survival rates after cryopreservation.

32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese PDA Pharmaceutical Science Society | Announcement of Exhibits and Luncheon Seminars
In this exhibition booth, we will introduce the latest solutions to make the final filling process safer and more reliable. The new product Sartopore Evo, launched this year, is a "next-generation filter" designed for the final filtration sterilization process, balancing reduced adsorbent interaction and high flow rates while also considering the increasingly important PFAS compliance. We invite you to experience the evolution of membrane technology that Sartorius has developed over more than 100 years at the venue. Seminar Points: - Introduction of Sartorius' latest filter products and integrity testing equipment that support pharmaceutical manufacturing - Evolution of filter technology from the Sartobran of the 1970s to the latest Sartopore Evo - Integrity testing equipment Sartocheck 5, which fully meets data integrity requirements - Internal cleaning service for integrity testing equipment scheduled to start this winter We hope to provide valuable information for everyone involved in the final filling process, which serves as the last bridge to patients. Date: December 2nd and 3rd (Lunch seminar on the 3rd from 11:50 to 12:50) Venue: Tower Hall Funabori

[Sending recorded video] __ Optimal Aseptic Sampling TakeOne in Process Monitoring
Registration for this webinar has ended. If you wish to view it, please contact us. We will send you the URL for the recorded video at a later date. Contamination Control Strategy (CCS) is a key focus in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with one aspect being aseptic sampling. Process management is influenced by the quality of the samples taken, so appropriate sampling methods and containers for each process are crucial. In this webinar, we will not only introduce aseptic sampling devices but also present the most suitable sampling methods and containers based on whether the focus is on confirming sterility or process management. [Seminar Overview] ▪ Date: April 4 (Thursday) at 3:00 PM (approximately 40 minutes) ▪ Format: Webinar recorded broadcast [Japanese, Free] *We sincerely apologize, but participation from companies in the same industry and from email addresses other than those of your organization is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.

Domestic Webinar: "Cultivation Products for Regenerative and Cell Therapy"
Expectations for regenerative medicine using stem cells such as mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) are rising, but for industrialization, there is a need for technology to produce high-quality cells in large quantities and in a stable manner. In this seminar, we will introduce xenofree stem cell culture media that do not contain components derived from animals other than humans, as well as examples of 3D culture using our microcarriers, bioreactors, and experimental design software. We will also present HEK media used for immune cell culture media and lentivirus production as products for cell therapy, such as CAR-T. 【Seminar Overview】 ▪ Date: October 12 (Thursday) from 3:00 PM (approximately 30 minutes) ▪ Format: Webinar recorded broadcast [Japanese, Free] If you are unable to attend on the day, please register first. Later, we will send you a link to download the recorded video and related product materials. *We apologize, but participation from other companies in the same industry, as well as email addresses not associated with your organization, is not permitted.
