LipidBrick is a library composed of cationic lipids with a unique and innovative imidazole structure, which can be utilized for the formulation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). These lipids protect mRNA molecules and enhance the transfection efficiency of LNPs. Cationic lipids are constantly charged, and unlike ionizable lipids, the entire structure of LNPs is positively charged, making it easier to deliver to tissues other than the liver. Furthermore, by screening the LipidBrick library, you can select the optimal cationic lipids for specific applications and therapeutic needs, achieving adjustments in delivery efficiency and in vivo distribution.
