Surface condition and strength of a typical micro sieve (electroformed sieve)
- The manufacturing method for electroformed screens other than Semtech Engineering is the same electrophotofoming technology, and the material is also the same nickel as ours, but the manufacturing process is believed to be different. - Upon observation under a microscope, the surface gloss and the "focus position around the holes" are completely different. - What can be inferred is: 1. The crystal particles are large, 2. The hardness (HV) is low, 3. The area around the holes is particularly thin compared to the surrounding thickness, which can be easily assumed.
