Examples of damage to general electroformed screens during ultrasonic cleaning.
- The main purpose of the electrodynamic sieve is to classify fine particles by standardizing their particle size. - If larger coarse particles clog the sieve during classification, the clogging can be removed using ultrasonic cleaning, and the sieve can be used again. - However, general electrodynamic sieves are very thin and weak, so they can easily break in a short time during ultrasonic cleaning, as shown in the attached photo. - Since coarse particles can naturally pass through the holes from the damaged areas, this has a significant impact on product quality. (Reference): Electrodynamic sieves are more expensive compared to wire mesh sieves.
