Design points of the wet classification device S-150W

- The adoption of functional particles with a diameter of 10 μm or less has made high-definition images possible for televisions and smartphones. - Completely removing non-standard particles has been an extremely challenging task. - The solution to this challenge is the ultimate classification device S-150W, which employs an innovative structure that prevents clogging. - The device is equipped with a high-precision, high-strength, high-open-area "super micro sieve" as shown in the bottom right of the photo. - The minimum hole diameter is 5 μm, and it completely removes coarse particles larger than 5 μm at the PPB level during the manufacturing process.
