6-2 Pre-classification Experimental Functional Acrylic Particles ≪Confirming the Maximum Particle Size in Particle Size Distribution≫
- Prepare particles for classification experiments. A small amount of unclassified acrylic particles, slightly larger around 5μm, is mixed with acrylic particles that have a very sharp particle size distribution, with an upper limit of less than 5μm and excellent sphericity (hard). - In general particle size distribution measurement devices, individual particles are not displayed on the graph due to the small quantity measured. - In the image analysis device FPIA-3000, among 18,525 measured particles, 8 particles larger than 5μm are mixed in.
