A completely new self-locking mechanism with a deceleration function, "Shoji-Lock." Unlike traditional worm gear reducers, it eliminates 'slippage,' offers higher efficiency compared to worms, and allows for a lightweight and compact design, making it suitable for various applications. We have received numerous inquiries from those considering its adoption, asking questions like "Why does it self-lock?" and "What is the mechanism?" Therefore, we have summarized the basic structural diagrams and an overview in an easy-to-understand manner and published them on our website. Additionally, we have newly included examples of special products for various applications (reduction gears, winches, rack jacks). We encourage you to take this opportunity to check them out and consider them. Thank you very much.

We have renewed three catalogs: the "S-Reducer," a completely new inline reduction gear that uses spur gears instead of worm gears and self-locks regardless of where it stops in forward or reverse rotation; the "S-Winch," a compact winch that can hold a load when the movement is stopped after winding; and the "S-Linear Actuator," which also lifts and lowers using a rack and can self-lock. We have also included a brief description of the structure of this self-locking mechanism. Please download them and consider!

Introducing the "S-Reducer," an inline reduction gear equipped with a completely new self-locking mechanism using spur gears instead of the existing self-locking function found in worm gears. It offers higher efficiency compared to worm gears and allows for a compact design, which has received positive feedback. The allowable rated holding torque of the "S-Reducer" has been upgraded in each version! A new compact product supporting 5 kgm has been enhanced to support 6 kgm (for manual and electric use)! Our lineup has been enriched with upgraded products, including those from 10 to 12 kgm, 20 to 25 kgm, 40 to 50 kgm, and 80 to 100 kgm! This expansion will further broaden its applications. We encourage you to consider this revolutionary feature that allows rotation to stop without brakes, even though it is a reduction gear, for factory manufacturing lines and various devices. For more details, please refer to the "S-Reducer" product catalog.

- Small winches have been adopted in shops and museums in Ginza. = They have received positive feedback for their design, being compact and unobtrusive in black. = They are also praised for being easy to operate by ourselves, among other things. Instead of a worm gear, we have developed a completely new inline reducer that self-locks when motion stops, as well as a small winch that maintains position when the handle is stopped in both forward and reverse rotation instead of using a ratchet. Due to the positive reception and increased achievements in various fields, we have created a second edition this time. Please download it and consider it!

Introducing the "S-Reducer," a gearbox equipped with a completely new self-locking mechanism using spur gears instead of the existing self-locking function found in worm gears. It offers higher efficiency compared to worm gears and allows for a compact design, which has received positive feedback. This time, our conventional product with a rated holding torque of 40 kgm has been upgraded to support 50 kgm while maintaining nearly the same size! Additionally, the 10 kgm support has been increased to 12 kgm! This expansion opens up even more applications. We encourage you to consider this groundbreaking feature that allows rotation to stop without brakes for factory manufacturing lines and various devices. Please note that the new type is designed for low-speed rotation (manual use). For more details, please refer to the "S-Reducer" product catalog.

A completely new inline reducer that self-locks despite being a spur gear instead of a worm gear. Why does it self-lock? What is the internal structure like? We often get asked these questions. While showing a demo unit or a cut model can help people understand, such opportunities are rare. Therefore, we created a simple explanatory document. Please take a look at this, and if you're interested, feel free to check out our specific products and contact us.

This is a completely new inline reducer that self-locks regardless of where it stops in forward or reverse rotation, not a warm reducer. It has received positive feedback from various sectors, and due to the increase in our lineup, we have renewed it this time. Please download it and consider it! Additionally, our comprehensive catalog, which includes applied products, is available for download from our company website. Please check it out as well.
