    The "S-Winch" is equipped with a newly developed self-locking reduction mechanism (Shoji-Lock). It achieves a compact, lightweight design with a sleek appearance, allowing for space-saving. It can rotate in both forward and reverse directions and holds the load when stopped. It can be widely used as a disaster response and energy-saving measure without a power supply. Additionally, since it is not a ratchet, it operates very quietly, making it suitable for nighttime work and environments such as hospitals, laboratories, and experimental sites. The SUS version can be used in clean rooms as well as in marine and ship applications. The aluminum version is lightweight and convenient for portability. In addition to the manual-only (SWM series), there is a wide range of options available, including an electric type (SWE series) that can be driven by a commercially available socket attached to a hexagonal end electric tool driver, and a motor-driven type (SWP series).

    Unlike conventional screw jacks, this rack-type jack features an overwhelmingly fast rise and fall speed due to its high efficiency, making it easy to operate. It is equipped with a unique self-locking mechanism that allows it to hold loads without brakes or stoppers, making it a groundbreaking jack. It is available in a manual type with a rated thrust load of 50 kgf. Additionally, it has a large stroke, making it a highly versatile rack jack and linear actuator suitable for universities, research institutes, and testing facilities. When the ascent or descent is stopped while carrying a load, it maintains its position, and turning the handle again will resume movement without any motion delay. The basic surface treatment features a black Teflon coating that is resistant to rust.

    Equipped with a self-developed load-holding (self-lock) reduction mechanism (shoji-lock), it can maintain load even when the movement is stopped during the ascent, rotation, or tilting of the device. This makes it ideal for requests such as wanting to conduct experiments or perform tasks at a stopped position. It has been introduced as a mechanical component in various applications, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automotive assembly lines, and plant lid opening and closing. Another feature is that, unlike conventional worm reducers that require a considerable amount of space due to the input and output shafts being orthogonal, our design has the input and output shafts aligned in a straight line (in-line), allowing for a lightweight, smart, and compact design that is easy to integrate into various devices. The lineup can be selected based on output shaft torque and reduction ratio. For some products, all-stainless steel manufacturing is possible to accommodate clean room requirements. The basic coating is a black Teflon coating that is resistant to rust.
