This product combines a modular type jack with a gearbox that features a new self-locking mechanism without using the conventional self-locking worm gear at all. There are types with rated thrust loads of 50 kg and 100 kg, both achieving a travel distance of 20 mm per rotation, which is significantly faster than traditional screws. We recommend this for customers who want to lift quickly with minimal force and aim for space-saving solutions in various factory manufacturing lines. Additionally, by attaching guide rods, the strength against buckling is increased, resulting in smooth movement. It is also possible to change the gearbox to achieve a rotation of 9.5 mm. The most notable feature is that it can hold the stopping position continuously under load, with self-locking occurring when the movement is halted.
