[Seralabel TF Implementation Case] Traceability Management

Adopting a resin-molded barcode with fluoride acid resistance! It protects the printed surface even in chemical environments, enabling long-term identification operations.

We would like to introduce a case where "Ceramic Label TF" was used on the side of a wafer cassette for individual management. In the semiconductor manufacturing process, the management of silicon wafers is a crucial and indispensable element. On the other hand, in environments involving strong chemical processes such as hydrofluoric acid cleaning, the degradation of identification media and reduced visibility have been challenges. We have processed a recess with a specified clearance relative to the label's outer dimensions on the surface, and after insertion, the gap is filled with resin. We also accommodate methods where the label is inserted into slits that have been pre-processed in the cassette. [Case Overview] ■ Installation Location: Side of Wafer Cassette ■ Product: Ceramic Label TF ■ Challenge: Degradation of identification media and reduced visibility *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

SigmaX's barcode labels, made from materials such as ceramic, stainless steel, aluminum, fluororesin, and carbon materials, are used for production management and process management. They greatly contribute to the automation of industrial production, which was previously considered impossible to manage, as well as to the digitization of information related to the history and management of products in that field.
