Laser Cleaner

A laser cleaner, also known as a laser cleaning machine, laser rust remover, laser blast, laser derusting device, laser paint stripping machine, or laser degreasing machine, is a device that can remove rust and other contaminants from metal using laser technology. The Kōkyō manufactured laser cleaner (laser cleaning machine) is developed by laser experts, allowing for the optimization of the laser light source, optical system, optical scanner, optical control system, and software, making it capable of easily removing stubborn dirt such as rust, cement, and anti-rust paint (coatings) that adhere to metal surfaces. The performance of laser cleaning is not determined solely by the laser output (100W or 200W); the intensity of the focused light per unit area is crucial. The focusing intensity of the Kōkyō manufactured laser cleaner (laser cleaning machine) can reach up to 100 MW/cm², enabling it to remove deep rust, thick coatings, and stubborn dirt that could not be removed by other manufacturers' laser cleaners with outputs exceeding 1,500 W.
