Ultrafine objective lens type UV laser marker
- Ultra-fine marking, cutting, peeling - Micro beam spot diameter close to the diffraction limit (0.48 μm when using NA0.9 lens)
A UV laser marker is a device that can mark characters and shapes using a UV laser. When the laser is applied to a material, it can remove or alter the surface only at the point where the laser is applied. This creates a contrast difference between the areas that have been laser-treated and those that have not. Laser marking utilizes this contrast difference. In this product, UV laser light is focused through a galvanometer scanner and an objective lens, allowing for ultra-fine marking and cutting of arbitrary shapes with a beam spot diameter of less than a few micrometers, which has been difficult to achieve with various materials. Additionally, by removing the ultra-fine objective lens unit and attaching an fθ lens, marking in an area of up to 300 mm square is also possible.
