MOPA type fiber laser marker
Expressive and adjustable with tuned parameters.
The MOPA-type fiber laser marker is a product that enables precise marking on plastic materials and color printing on metal materials (such as stainless steel and titanium) by finely controlling the repetition frequency and pulse width. By setting the pulse width between 2 ns and 350 ns, the pulse energy can be varied from 0.001 mJ to 0.005 mJ. This allows for precise marking on plastic materials while minimizing melting and foaming, and for metal materials, it enables the thickness of the metal oxide film formed by laser irradiation to be changed at the nanometer level, achieving expressive color processing. It operates on a household outlet, and its running cost is only the electricity bill, offering high convenience similar to our fiber laser markers.
