The Japanese Micro Optical Device's frequency-stabilized HeNe laser series achieves frequency stability with measurement errors of 0.01 nm - 1 nm per meter. As a laser light source mounted in measurement devices for lens measurement for smartphones and automotive cameras, flatness measurement of semiconductor wafers, and birefringence measurement for photomasks and exposure equipment stepper, it has a proven track record of over 1,000 units produced for domestic and international equipment manufacturers. We offer three types of lineup according to application and precision (YS-307 / QQD / QS). The 'QQD' is a Zeeman laser that stabilizes the difference frequency generated by orthogonal two frequencies in a transverse magnetic field. It allows for easy configuration of a heterodyne interferometer with orthogonal two frequency output. By adopting a two-stage stabilization control and a dual heater system, we suppress the influence of environmental temperature changes and expand the effective operating temperature range.
