The frequency-stabilized HeNe laser series manufactured by Japan Micro Optical Instruments achieves frequency stability with a measurement error of 0.01 nm - 1 nm per meter. As a laser light source mounted on measurement devices for lens measurement for smartphones and automotive cameras, flatness measurement of semiconductor wafers, and birefringence measurement for photomasks and exposure equipment stepper, it has a proven track record of over 1,000 units produced for domestic and international equipment manufacturers. We offer three types of lineup according to application and precision (YS-307 / QQD / QS). The 'QS' is a popular laser applicable to nanometer measurements across a wide range of fields. It stabilizes the power ratio of two oscillation modes, allowing output in both single mode and dual mode. By adopting a two-stage stabilization control and a dual heater system, it minimizes the impact of environmental temperature changes and expands the effective operating temperature range. QQD: A Zeeman laser with stabilized difference frequency of orthogonal two frequencies generated in a transverse magnetic field.
