Fatigue Testing Machine "ElectroForce 3200"
Equipped with a high-precision displacement gauge, this material testing device features a linear motor from Bose.
The "ElectroForce 3200" is a tabletop testing device capable of handling a maximum load of 225N (optional 450N) and can operate at test frequencies from 0 to 300Hz. Equipped with a high-precision displacement gauge, it allows for testing of minute displacements, enabling a broader range of tests. Additionally, an optional temperature-controlled chamber (from -150 degrees to 315 degrees) and a saline solution tank can also be installed. This product is controlled by a digital control device called "WinTest." This software allows users to quickly learn how to operate it and easily set test conditions. Furthermore, the product is maintenance-free and can perform various tests with a single testing machine. 【Features】 ■ Bose linear motor: 10-year warranty, maintenance-free, patented ■ Low power consumption ■ Quiet operation ■ Easy to operate ■ Capable of various tests with one machine *The comprehensive catalog for the ElectroForce series can be downloaded from this page.

December Online LIVE Seminar! ~Medical Device Seminar~
Medical Device Evaluation and Analysis Seminar ~Fatigue Testing Machines Supporting Healthcare~ Date and Time: December 8, 2021 (Wednesday) 1:00 PM - 1:40 PM (including Q&A) Online Tool: Zoom [Instructor] Kazutoshi Akamine, TA Instruments In recent years, our lives have been supported by various medical devices, starting with contact lenses. These devices assist or replace biological functions by directly contacting the body, and when a malfunction occurs, they can suddenly become harmful toxins to the human body. Therefore, sufficient durability is essential for medical devices. This presentation will introduce evaluation methods for medical devices using the ElectroForce series, an electric high-load viscoelastic measurement device/fatigue testing machine from TA Instruments, along with case studies.
