We provide a complete system, including industrial inkjet printers and inspection machines for printed characters, along with peripheral devices. <Features of Industrial Inkjet Printers> To prevent ink solidification, we have adopted an "automatic nozzle capping mechanism." This mechanism reduces solvent consumption by eliminating the need to replace the ink in the head with solvent after operation, and there is no concern about ink dilution when resuming operation. - Printing can start immediately after operation begins. - No need for nozzle cleaning, thus no solvent is consumed. - To prevent ink solidification during long periods of operation stoppage, we are also equipped with an "interval mechanism" that circulates ink at regular intervals.
