We have started offering free writing software that can replace barcodes with RFID.
Takaya Corporation will begin offering "RFID encoding software" compatible with HF band (13.56MHz) RFID free of charge. In recent years, RFID technology has rapidly spread across various fields, including logistics management and inventory management. Many companies are considering transitioning to RFID in response to the demand for efficiency and accuracy improvements that traditional barcode systems cannot meet. However, the introduction of RFID requires specialized label printers and software, making initial costs and operational complexity barriers to adoption. To address these challenges and promote the adoption of RFID among more companies, Takaya will start offering "RFID encoding software" for free. This software allows for easy import of barcode data and CSV files, enabling intuitive operations for writing data (encoding) to RF tags. As a result, it significantly lowers the barriers to RFID adoption for companies looking to try RFID for the first time or those wanting to quickly advance their Proof of Concept (PoC). The encoding software can be downloaded from the link below. Please also refer to the separate press release.

[New Product] We will start selling the UHF band fixed-type reader/writer 'UTR-SUN02-8CH', which does not require a license application for specific low-power radio stations, from June 20.
Takaya Corporation will begin selling the UHF band stationary 8-channel reader/writer "UTR-SUN02-8CH." It can connect up to 8 external antennas. By controlling multiple antennas, it achieves stable reading of RF tags. In industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and healthcare, the need for operational efficiency using RFID is increasing due to work style reforms and labor shortages. Particularly in labor- and time-intensive tasks like inventory management and inspection, RFID enables bulk reading and verification of product information, thereby improving operational efficiency. However, achieving this requires stable reading of RF tags affixed to products, packaging boxes, and reusable materials. In response to this need, Takaya has developed the "UTR-SUN02-8CH," which can be applied to gate-type and tunnel-type operations that demand high reading accuracy through the control of multiple antennas. For more detailed information, please refer to the product page and catalog below.

We provide one-stop services for the collection, accumulation, and visualization of work performance data! The cloud service "RFID Work Performance Collection System" will be available for sale starting April 22.
Takaya Corporation will begin selling the cloud service "RFID Work Performance Collection System." This service enables data collection and accumulation from RFID readers, as well as the visualization of the collected data through the cloud. In recent years, with the promotion of work style reforms, there has been an increasing demand for improved productivity and correction of long working hours. Companies need to accurately grasp the actual working hours and content of their employees, but the accuracy of data collection remains unclear. This is particularly challenging in the manufacturing industry, where handwritten forms are often used, leading to issues such as omissions and errors that make it difficult to obtain accurate performance information. In response to this situation, our company has developed the "RFID Work Performance Collection System," which allows performance data to be transmitted simply by placing an RFID tag on an autonomous RFID reader. Since there is no need to record data each time work begins or is completed, workers can naturally and accurately record their working hours without being conscious of it. The ease of collecting performance data allows for more time to be dedicated to data analysis, enabling effective use of this information for reviewing personnel allocation and understanding and improving the status of each process as part of profit improvement efforts.

The wireless theft prevention system "Wi-dimo" has been certified as a recommended product by the JEOS Japan Shoplifting Prevention System Association.
The conventional shoplifting prevention system involved installing security gates (antennas) at the entrance and exit, which would alert when products with security tags were taken out without payment. This system triggers an alarm when products with dedicated security tags are taken out of the radio wave area surrounded by the antennas, and the alarm automatically stops when the products are returned to the radio wave area. It is a system that can meet a wide range of needs, such as having multiple entrances and exits, wanting to place products near the entrance, or wanting to secure only specific areas. Additionally, this system uses products designed and manufactured in Japan and has been tested for safety by specialized radio wave inspection organizations.
