Takaya Corporation has obtained the "Kurumin Certification" as of January 20, 2023. The "Kurumin Certification" is a system based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, which allows companies that meet certain criteria to receive certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as "Childcare Support Companies." Our company has been promoting various initiatives aimed at creating a more comfortable working environment, including measures to prevent excessive work and support for childcare and caregiving.
