The "Ibara Work Experience Festival" is an event organized by the "Ibara City Human Resource Development Executive Committee" and the "Ibara Chamber of Commerce and Industry Corporate Branding Committee." On the day of the event, companies from Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture will gather to set up work experience booths, working vehicle booths, and food sales booths, as well as prepare activities such as a stamp rally and bingo tournament, making it an event that families can enjoy together.
