Recently, Takaya Corporation received the Governor's Award from Okayama Prefecture as a business that has contributed to the promotion of a gender-equal society in Okayama Prefecture. This award is given to individuals and organizations that have actively worked towards the realization of a gender-equal society in Okayama Prefecture and whose achievements have been recognized as outstanding. In the 2024 award ceremony, amidst many excellent initiatives, our company's activities were acknowledged. At the award ceremony held at the Okayama Prefectural Office in November, we received a certificate of commendation from Governor Ibaraki. We are very pleased that our efforts to create a workplace where all employees can demonstrate their abilities in their own way and to foster a comfortable working environment have led to this recognition. Taking this opportunity, we will further engage in activities aimed at realizing a gender-equal society and contribute to the local community.
