UL Standards: We have added UL labels for the TAK-01B series to the lineup of printed labels (PGDQ) and additional printed labels (PGJI). Both PGDQ and PGJI offer an option for flood coating for coloring purposes. This option is required for labels that have full flood printing on the adhesive sheet. In tack printing, we have obtained this flood printing option for coloring. The adhesive sheet substrate is aluminum vapor-deposited PET.

UL Standards: The printing method for printed labels (PGDQ series) has been updated to include thermal transfer printers. It supports variable information labels (serial numbers, barcodes, two-dimensional codes), among others. We will continue to meet customer demands with a variety of printing methods in the future. To Marking Ties (Cable Ties) Laser Marking: Black coloration is now possible. Previously, it was not possible to print in black even with laser printing. Labels were attached or written with a marker, but now direct laser marking can achieve black coloration. Printing of serial numbers and other information is also possible. It also excels in scratch resistance. There may be variations in laser black coloration due to the resin and its surface treatment. Traditionally, our UL labels printed with seal printing had restrictions on ink colors for outdoor use. Outdoor use was limited to black and blue tones. The use of red and yellow ink was not permitted. In the UL969 evaluation test conducted in October 2019, for UL labels of the following catalog number series with lamination, the color restrictions for outdoor use have been lifted: TAK-01 series (PET aluminum vapor-deposited adhesive sheet) TAK-04 series (white PET adhesive sheet)

We have received conformity certification in the UL969 (standard applicable to labels for industrial parts) suitability evaluation test using IJP printing processing method that can accommodate extremely small lots and laser marking method. We manufacture labels for both indoor and outdoor use without color restrictions (color printing, white printing).
