Laser marking label(19)
It is suitable for fine expressions, small lots, anti-counterfeiting, and labels that require durability. Marking is done on adhesive sheets using a laser marker without using printing inks or printing plates. Laser marking is performed from Illustrator data or DXF file CAD data. (If you provide the drawings, we can create the data in-house.) Processing is done without creating printing plates or cutting dies. Therefore, we can respond to short delivery times and reduce initial costs. (Note: Some tack and laser marking labels may require cutting dies for certain label materials.) We use YAG lasers that enable the reproduction of finer lines and characters. Since marking is done without using printing inks, it excels in durability (weather resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, etc.). Additionally, the marking cannot be tampered with (rewritten or erased). Variable marking such as numbering, barcodes, and QR codes is possible.
