Laser marking labels capable of fine expression (black background/white text) compliant with UL standards.
Tack laser marking labels do not use printing ink. They are durable. Additionally, since they do not use printing ink, they cannot be tampered with or rewritten, making them suitable for anti-counterfeiting labels. They are suitable for labels containing variable information such as barcodes, 2D codes, and serial numbers. We can manufacture only the required quantity when needed and deliver them. There are no costs for printing plates or die cuts, as they are not needed. We can quickly respond to various design changes. They can express fine text and lines. They are suitable for labels for industrial products in very small lots. We can print (mark) with our laser marking system and deliver immediately. basic information
- It consists of two layers of acrylic film in different colors, and by removing the surface layer through laser irradiation, the lower layer film is exposed to form a display. - Label cutting and printing of serial numbers can be done simultaneously. - It has tamper-proof (self-destructive) properties. - It features heat resistance (-30 to 150°C). - It is a special high-adhesion type. - It is ideal for outdoor applications that require weather resistance. - Please be sure to conduct sufficient adhesion tests before use. - The upper layer is removed and the lower layer is displayed using a YAG laser marker or a CO2 laser marker. - Half cuts can be made with a YAG or CO2 laser marker.
