Our company's "Laser Marking Processing" uses YAG lasers and hybrid lasers, which allow for finer expressions. Without using printing inks or printing plates, we mark on adhesive sheets, providing excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance, making it impossible to alter the printed information. Additionally, we have obtained "UL standards" for three types of laser marking labels. We can manufacture UL, cUL, and CSA standard labels required for industrial products exported to North America. 【Features】 ■ No need for printing plates or dies! 【Products that have newly obtained UL certification】 ◎TLM-T01n0201・・・UL standard PGDQ (printed label) / PGJI (additional printed label) ◎TLM-N05_0201・・・UL standard PGDQ (printed label) / PGJI (additional printed label) ◎TLM-N02_0502・・・UL standard PGDQ (printed label) *PGJI (additional printed label) is under application Obtained for various metal and resin applications with a maximum rated temperature of 80℃ to 125℃. Furthermore, "TLM-N05_0201" has obtained certification for stainless steel, PET powder coating, PET resin, and PBT resin with a maximum rated temperature of 125℃, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Our company has received UL969 compliance certification using IJP printing technology that can accommodate very small lots, as well as laser marking technology, and we can produce labels from a single piece without color restrictions (color printing, white printing) for both indoor and outdoor applications.
