It was not possible to attach labels to substrates (such as metals) that had oil residue. When attaching labels, a degreasing process, such as wiping off the oil from the substrate, was necessary. While it is also possible to perform laser marking directly on metals, there are concerns about mis-marking and issues with rusting over time in the marked areas. This product is a laser marking label that can solve these problems. ● The adhesive absorbs oil, allowing it to adhere firmly even on oily surfaces. ● Printing and marking are possible with YAG laser markers (fiber laser and YVO4 laser). ● The laser marking develops color under the adhesive sheet substrate, providing excellent abrasion and friction resistance. ● The adhesive sheet substrate is made of PET material, offering superior durability. ● There are two types of lineups: silver/black color development and white/gray color development. Please note: This product is designed to be applied to oily surfaces, but depending on the oil components, it may not achieve the desired effect. We recommend conducting preliminary tests and evaluations.
