By promoting digitalization, we have achieved quick responses to small-lot, diverse orders and the provision of stable quality. 【Introduction of Initiatives】 <Management of Printing Specifications, Drawings, and Various Forms> All printing specifications for orders are managed digitally. Drawings and inspection records can be retrieved as needed. <Visualization of Work Status> Printing work information is managed in the cloud. The progress of all staff can be checked from PCs or tablets. <Efficient Order Arrangement, Inventory and Work-in-Progress Management, Product Tracing> We respond to orders via EDI, automatically checking inventory and work-in-progress, and inputting work slips to achieve quick order arrangements. **Other Initiatives for Digitalization** **Digitalization of Handwritten Displays** Reducing handwritten slips, check sheets, inspection labels, and display labels to minimize transcription errors and writing mistakes. **Digitalization of Verification Inspections** Introducing handheld terminals (barcode readers) to automate verification inspections that were previously done visually.
