Newly developed high-capacity painting robot line dancer.

- Compared to the conventional M-type robot of the overhead movable robot, the load capacity has been enhanced to 20 kg. A new type of painting robot line dancer has been developed with complete internal pressure explosion-proof features. With the power joint attachment that can accommodate multiple guns, it can mount up to 12 spray guns, making it one of the largest painting robots in the world in terms of painting production per unit. - The target workpieces range widely from smartphone and tablet PC cases, mobile device parts, buttons, switches, laser-cut buttons, to automotive interior and exterior parts. - Thanks to the R technology of rotational painting, it enables superior film formation technology with thin film multi-coating, allowing for the creation of high-quality paint films. It also reduces paint consumption simultaneously, solving quality, cost, and environmental issues at the same time.
